Firing Order of V8 engine



The 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 are the cylinder order. first cylinder to fire is number 1 and the second cylinder to fire is the number 8 and the third cylinder to fire is number 4 next 3 and so on. this Video show you can remember which cylinder fire next and next. as the image show below.


For instance, a popular V8 engine firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2. The cylinders are number from the front to the rear with cylinder number 1 on the engine. Once we have this information, we can begin routing  the spark plug wires. if the wires are installed incorrectly, the engine may backfire, or at the very least, not run on all cylinders. It is very important that the wires are installed correctly. The cylinder Numbering scheme used by some manufactures on their V engines is based on (Folding) the engine into an inline type.
